Hindu Temple of The Woodlands - Opening December 2010

Welcome to the Hindu Temple of The Woodlands, Texas. We are the newest temple being built in the Houston area, with completion planned in the winter of 2010.
HTW faithfully preserves the ancient spiritual and cultural heritage of India in a contemporary setting that is typical of the serene and high quality of life in The Woodlands.

We offer the greater Houston community a variety of services:

• Comprehensive puja (worship) services of deities including Venkateshwara (Balaji), Lakshmi, Shiva, Radha-Krishna and Ganesh, as well as personalized
  puja services for your family at the temple or your home.



• Our cultural and educational activities include festival celebrations, presentations and group discussions on Eastern philosophy / Vedanta and weekly classes for children and youth on Indian languages, arts and scripture.



• With many accomplished professionals like doctors, engineers and educators involved in the temple, we believe in giving back to the community through services such as health care, counseling and education.

We invite you to visit us and also become involved as a volunteer or donor of the Temple.
